Refund policy:

The policy for event tickets and items purchased are non-refundable. Tickets are not permitted to be transferred to any other services or event that is provided by Graceful Esthetics. The Divine Encounter tickets are free, so there is no refund policy for that ticket specifically. However, if you are no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can open the spot for another worshipper!

Tickets:

Age policy:

This event is for ages 10 and up. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 

Online t-shirt policy: 

All t-shirts will be purchased by pre-order ONLY. Please know that all t-shirt orders purchased through the site will take about 10-12 business days until your items are shipped. After your order is finished being processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
